Terms and Conditions

A booking form must be completed and returned online or by post for all courses.

ALL payments are requested within 7 days of receipt of invoice. A place for your selected course will be held during this time. Payments not received within this time frame will be sent one reminder and a 24 hour extension for payment. If payment is still not received your reserved place will be released.

Our courses are open to all parents and parents to be including young parents, women without a partner, same sex couples and surrogacy couples. Antenatal course and First Aid bookings are for up to two people, and women may attend with any partner of their choice.

Please be aware that demand for courses is very high, and we are often oversubscribed. Please register your interest as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Coffee mornings will be payable at the door.

 

Our refund policy:

An administration charge of £30 will be deducted from all refunds.

The remainder will be refunded to you if you cancel 6 weeks in advance of the course date, 50% of the course fee (minus the £30 administration charge) will be refunded if you cancel 4 weeks ahead of course date.

Cancellation within 4 weeks of the course date - you will incur a loss of the full course price. (Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration and only following approval of the company Directors).
If you have started your course you will not be legible for any refunds.

Birth and Baby Reality reserve the right to cancel the course 2 weeks prior to course start date if a minimum number of couples are not confirmed. In the unlikely event that this should occur an alternative course will always be offered. If none of the offered dates are suitable your initial course fee will be reimbursed in full.
